We will accept mail orders. Payment of mail orders must be in the form of a money order. No personal checks can be accepted. Please email us first at sales@mallproducts.net to check availability and shipping costs. DELIVERY WITHIN THE US We routinely ship priority. Shipping charges will automatically be added to your order. (We ship USPS to all P.O Box, Alaskan, Hawaiian, Puerto Rico and APO addresses.) NOTE: delivery is Business Day -- Monday thru Friday. Please take this into consideration when ordering. If weekend delivery is required, your order will can be sent via USPS Express Mail for an extra charge. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Orders to all countries are shipped INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS MAIL via USPS (orders are automatically insured for the full value). You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. The customer must pay additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You can contact your local customs office for further information. RETURNS At WWW.MALLPRODCUTS.NET quality merchandise and service are a priority. If you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, you may return most items to us for an exchange or merchandise refund. All returns must have a return authorization from us to be credited. To receive a return authorization e-mail us at sales@mallproducts.net. Unless the item is defective there is a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be sent within 10 days of receipt and must be in original, re-sellable condition unless the item(s) are defective or damaged in shipping. We refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of receiving your return. Exchanges are also processed within 14 business days of receiving your return. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless the return is due to our error. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. All shipping cost for returned merchandise will be paid for by the shipper. No C.O.D. on shipments will be accepted. Only shipping cost for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid for by MALLPRODUCTS.NET. The return must be shipped by standard ground shipment or regular First Class Mail in order for shipping cost credit. We will not refund the extra shipping cost of express delivery. MALLPRODCUTS.NET strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Please
include the following information with your return package: All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE. 15% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds.
